Indeed in some cases the Charge's rate/price might get changed when changing or selecting the Contract for the Charge - this is because the price is recalculated based on the pricing setting of the selected Contract. Contracts have impact on item pricing and this is why the Item price is recalculated when the Contract of a Charge changes. So, the amount might get zeroed when changing Contracts in case the default item price is zero and no custom rates/prices were set for the Account/Contract. Hope this helps! |
