my past post :-

error syncing outlook fixed after turning off administrator & compatibility mode

suggested that I fixed my problem. I didn't. I half fixed it.

I can now select the outlook folder for contacts,
but when I try to sync,

I get
Error synching Accounts
Error accessing Outlook folder

Running v4.0.0.2

Any tips?

Hi Xenek,

Thanks for posting this.
We'll be able to see much more information about the RangerMSP Outlook Sync issues you're having from the log files from your RangerMSP system. The log files can be found in Help > Technical Support.

Once we have the logs, we’ll analyze them to ascertain the cause for this behavior.

I resolved this issue, by doing nothing. It fixed itself. I suppose it was just one of those things. Perhaps it had to do with my Tungle connector, though I removed that during troubleshooting. Refer to my other outlook post if you need more info. Cheers Xenek
