Is there anyway for us to create a contract that is non-billable for us internally to track things our employees do such as training or in-house work? We can create a contract for an amount of hours or money, but we don't want to do that because we don't want to charge ourselves for this. It would be strictly to manage the tech's time. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for posting this.
The Block-of-Money and Block-of-Time contracts default all charges to non-billable; however, they require an initial block value when setting them up. You can just set an obscene block amount so that you know you'll never pass it and get warnings for overcharging.

For more information regarding Contract Billable Defaults, please click here.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Rinat
