Defining web users

How do I add web users and password for my customers so they can login?

You can define web users and password from the Account's Web Users tab. You can define as many users as you need for the Account.

Note that any customer's web user can add new Ticket, and you can select which other features to allow your customers from Tools > Options > Web Interface tab.
