Any chance we will ever see Telephony/Chat integration?

Thank you for posing this and suggesting it. We may add such integration in the future.
For what it is worth, the CommitCRM API can be used to develop a custom plugin that integrates with telephony/chat system you use.

As far as we know, 3CX provides an API that together with using CommitCRM's API can be used to develop an integration between the two systems.

You may review this forum thread that also discusses such integration.

You can already use the Online Services feature in CommitCRM for outgoing call and contact 3CX by activating a URL with parameters that perform various actions from calling, to opening a dialler, perform a lookup, etc. - assuming 3CX support this. When it comes to a pre-built ready-to-be-used integration offered by us, we may introduce it in the future, however, so far it hasn't been decided on.
