Hi,

we have CommitCRM (version 9.0.0.7) installed with SQL Database Server (version 10.10).
Now we need to add 10 more concurrent SQL connections: can we simply buy these new licenses on your eStore or we have to upgrade SQL Database for CommitCRM to version 11 before?

Thanks,

Fabrizio

Thank you for posting this.

At this time you can get additional SQL connection licenses for SQL versions 10 and 11 (e.g. if you're using version 10 of SQL then yes, you can simply add more connection licenses).

You should consider upgrading SQL to version 11 in case you plan to use newer server OS, such as 2012 R2, that are not supported in SQL version 10 and older. Version 11 also offers a native 64 bit executable.

In case you have any specific questions about your licensing please contact us directly by email.

Hope this helps.
