CommitCRM crashes on asset creation

Hi,

as per thread title, from time to time we are experiencing the following error when we create a new asset and then try to save and close it via the ctrl+G shortcut:

"SearchQry: Error 5041: The requested object was not found. Key not found."

After giving us this error, the program crashes and we have to launch it again.

Does anyone is experiencing the same problem? Anyway, is there a workaround we can do from our side in order to avoid it?
