Hi Commit.
When e-mailing 10-20 emails with a customer, sometimes some files is attached to some of the e-mails. Often, it is very hard to find the right e-mail in the history (you cannot see message size in the table view). So you have to open them one-by-one. It would be very usefull if CommitCRM could extract these attachments and place it in the document folder for that ticket. thx |
