Resolution windows size

I type a lot of information in the "Resolution" field, and I'm wondering if you guys could make that field taller. ...or allow that to be customized. I know you can resize it, but that doesn't save after closing the tickets window and coming back to it.

Indeed there's a bar that allows you to increase the Resolution field height, however, it does not currently save between session. Noted. Thanks.

It would be nice to keep the sizes for different screens / fields. I am always have to re-size here or there.
