Hi
Starting to test out Web Interface having purchased that module and works just fine on standard port (4961) when an employee logs in. However, when a customer (testing on behalf of 2 customers) both return the message that "The trial period is over. Please contact......" We have been testing this over the web as well as locally but same result. I guess that I am missing something ? Regards Sandy |

Thanks for posting this. This looks to be a simple licensing problem as the RangerMSP Web Interface is divided to 2 different products; the RangerMSP Web Interface for Employees and the RangerMSP Web Interface for Customers. If you can directly over email at Support @ , we can check your RangerMSP account and see what needs to be done to get the RangerMSP Web Interface for customers enabled for you. Hope this helps.
