Hi,
Just wondering if anyone is using NinjaRmm it appears a really good product so hoping somehow it could be integrated with CommitCRM.

We are. We put together some basic integration with their API.

Hi Luke,

Any idea why you didn't choose N-Central?
What makes you chosen NinjaRMM?

Keen to find out from you...

I would love more direct integration options besides MaxRM and Continuum.

I too would like to see this integration. We use NinjaRMM and have been for 9 months or so.

Has ninja improved that much? We did a demo a few years ago and it left much to be desired.

It's a different product now for sure. There are several 1k+ endpoint shops moving to it from Automate right now.

That surprises me, I never hear good things from other MSPs about Ninja.

That’s because everyone thinks their RMM has to make their morning coffee. And then spends the next 10 years trying to figure out why it doesn’t.

lpopejoy - What basic integration do you have. We are with SolarWinds MSP & paying through our noses. Would like to see how much automation we can achieve before making a change.

Alerts from Ninja go to a dashboard, then we push the ones we want to CommitCRM.
Asset sync.
That's pretty much it.
Their API is pretty simple to use.
