I am updating our customer base in Quickbooks and inactivating old customers. When trying to update records in commit it is still pulling in inactive customers into commit regardless of only asking for active quickbooks records.
Any ideas would be appreciated

Thank you for posting this. I assume that you were expecting that the Account status in RangerMSP will be updated to inactive, once the linked customer in QuickBooks is set as inactive, however the customer/Account status field is, by design, not synced between the systems, you can keep using this, now-old, customer in RangerMSP even if it inactive in the accounting system.
You can, however, deactivate such Accounts in RangerMSP too by updating the Account's status field.

Hope this helps!
