How do we make this default to all file types?

We mostly upload PDF's, and since the default is "office documents" the list is usually blank until we choose all file types or pdf.

When you more-manually select each file to upload then indeed this is the default and it cannot be changed. Feedback noted.
However, you can also drag/drop a file into the app. Simply have the relevant folder opened in Windows Files explorer, select the file, drag it and drop in onto the app. Done!
