Please note that while in the Windows client application the Photo Album is opened as a dedicated window, in the Web Interface, the Photo Album page is opened in the same tab. In case clicking the button does nothing, it may be related to the lack of access rights to the newer files added by the upgrade program. Please re-apply the file access rights to the entire installation folder tree, especially for the WebInterface folder. If the above will not help, we may need to review the log files - you can zip the \Logs folder and email it to us. Please keep us posted on this. |
