Had a quick search and can't find anything about this/hopefully a quick easy answer
We have created a custom Tab on the tickets called LINKED and have added 6 drop down fields for Ticket/Opportunity/Contract/Asset When we select Opportunity and hit the magnifying glass the pop up window has the 'Filtered For Account' tick box is ticked yet no opportunities show When we untick we can see all opps/filter as usual Are we missing something or isn't this tick box supposed to filter opps for the current account the ticket is for (would make life that little bit easier) or is this not working because we have custom created this tab/fields? thanks |

(whilst you're there - I don't know if it is particular only to us but it would seem whenever clicking on the description column title in the opp module as if trying to sort by description [yes I know you can't but it would be great if you could!] all the opps disappear and you have to close and reopen the module - maybe they're one and the same thing?/thought would just point it out) |
