When someone sends an email to the email connector (a client), why isn't their email address (the sender's) added to the "email recipients"?

I added the company domain "domain.com" to the "Email2" field so that any emails sent from their domain would be created under their account.

Well, it should add it as a Ticket recipient. Please email us your log files for review. Thanks.

Oops, I just looked at this again. This ticket was not created by the email connector. It was created by Labtech from the tray icon. Which brings up a different sore spot, but not one you can fix...

Sorry about that!!
