Do it read it correctly where you have to provide clients the passphrase as well?

If so, how is this secure?

They could post it on social media and then we'd have to change it, then no customer could access until we give them the new passphrase, then the situation repeats.

Thank you for posting this.

Nope, this is not the case. Customers do not have any way to access passwords via Customer Portal, even if they knew the passphrase (that you should NOT share with them) they still wouldn't be able to access an interface that supports this.

Ah, there is no customer facing password portion for them to use.

Any plans to add this in the future?

It's on our list for review. Nothing is planned for it right now, part of it is related to not compromise security. Thanks!
