Outlook Connector

I have the Office 365 connector setup for most users but this only does the calendar and not contacts or tasks... We still use the Outlook sync for that on the CommitCRM server. And some of the users still sync their calendar that way too. "CommitCRMSyncOutlookForAll"... this program crashes all of the time. It might stay up and running for a few days or a few weeks, but we have to check on it constantly. Since its not a service I don't get alerts when it fails, it just stops updating people.

Does anyone else have this issue with the app crashing?

For syncing contacts and tasks the Outlook Sync utility requires Outlook as a mediator and therefore this utility might be affected by various things, such as when access to an Outlook profile/calendar is blocked or interrupted.

We will be happy to review your log files in order to try to understand what might be causing this.
