total hours on Report

I have just started to use reporting onCommitCRM. I selected calendar and daily appointments report, then I selected the date range and account to preview. On the preview it shows field1 field 2 etc, how do i change these fields to something like total hours for that visit, services requested by, etc?

Please try to customize RangerMSP reports to your needs. Not everything can be implemented though.

Thank you for the reply, could you suggest how to get the total hours for an employee for the month.

There's a report that shows just that, under the Charges Reports Category select to generate 'Monthly Hours Summary by Employee' and you're done.
