I the commit client is spitting out this error every once in a while 3/19/2014 8:45:25 AM Email sending takes too long, sending timed out 03/19/2014 08:44:52: Queued 03/19/2014 08:44:53: Connecting 03/19/2014 08:45:14: Connecting - Timeout 03/19/2014 08:45:15: Connecting 03/19/2014 08:45:24: ErrorConnect - Email sending takes too long, sending timed out 0 Solution: ------------ For more information visit Commit online support resources at Date Ref # 140318 I did test the server settings in commit crm and they did pass. Commit has been working fine up until this. |

Try restarting the RangerMSP Server service on your server and see if that helps. You may also want to check whether there's any sending-limit-policy set with your mail server, it is possible that it is blocking the service from sending any further emails. Keep us posted.
