Does anyone know a way of using the system to alert you/highlight when there is a lack of activity on a ticket ie last update was > 4hrs ago or > 1 day ago? I know that you can use a filter on the ticket queue, however it would be incredibly useful to either have a label applied, something highlighted, an email sent to the manager or even just the ticket moved back to the inbox. It's possible that we're just not using the program to it's full capacity, so please let me know if anyone has come up with a way to have the system alert you rather than you having to initiate the search/filter.

There is a way to do this with the Report Scheduler module and we've sent you an email with the details.
