We've been using the RMM integration with GFI Max for a couple of years and never had problems. A couple of days ago however, the tickets stopped being updated when the GFI checks were resolved. New tickets are still created when a check fails, however no updates whatsoever when they are cleared. I've checked the event logs and the check resolutions are not being recorded there either. This is critical to our business and we need help asap.

Please close thread! One of our techs had added a new skip rule that works differently to how it reads.
