CommitCRM has stopped creating new tickets from failed GFI checks. We've removed all Skip rules and when we check the event logs, the last event was 6/5/15 at 17:55. We have had plenty of failed checks since then and should have had new tickets created. We've restarted services, regenerated the API key and updated the .ini file, restarted the services (and the server again)...everything we can think of. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting this. Please email us the log files using the Help > Technical Support > Send Log Files menu option in RangerMSP (logs are sent with Outlook). Hopefully we will be able to learn more about this from the logs and get back to you with our findings.
