It would be helpful to us if there was a notes section associated with a charge that would not transfer to the invoices.

We know there is a notes or history section for the ticket but notes association with the individual charge would be very useful for tech explanation of his work/labor charge that really doesn't need to go to the client or make a mess of the invoice.

If this feature is already available, please disregard and administrator please delete request.

Thank you for suggesting this. Such internal notes should indeed be logged as History Notes under the Ticket, anyway, what you requested above is clear and we will log it as a feature request. Thanks.
