[Request] Ticket Title in Charges List

It would be very helpful to have the option for ticket titles as a column in the charges list.

For what it is worth, you can open a ticket preview using the icon in the Ticket column as shown below:

I don't think it can happen, suspect there is a design flaw or challenge? That will not allow data from charges and appointments and tickets on the same report (or screen). If it were possible, you would expect to see the phone number, address, contact for the ticket on the TICKET PREVIEW screen and not have to click a button to open something else. I think the limitation prevents a "single pane of glass" to be fully applied....IMHO

Thank you for posting this. There are various places in the application where data from another object type is shown, for example, Asset name in the Tickets list or in the Ticket Preview/ Details.

Technically we assume that this could be implemented, however such changes should be further reviewed. Thanks.
