Hi guys,

I am really not very good at report writing from CommitCRM, and need some help please. We are running CommitCRM 7.0 and I need to be able to generate a really straight forward report for a given account that has:

1. Total tickets opened in the reporting period
2. Total tickets closed in the reporting period
3. Tickets currently outstanding with a truncated description

Can anyone assist?

Thanks
Neil

To make Reports for type 1 and 2 you can use Number of Tickets by Account which you will find under Reports > Tickets. When you click Generate you can then select the Status to include ([open] or [closed] for example) and you can enter a date range for Open or for Close as appropriate. By default it will show you the stats for all Accounts but you can also select a specific Account there if you only one to show one in the Report.

For type 3 you can use Tickets List by Account and select the same filters as above.
