Thanks for asking. You can already filter the Tickets list by secondary contacts.
In the search bar of Tickets, located just below the toolbar, use the left side 'Find' drop down and select 'Contact'. Then an Account/Contact selection field will be displayed right to it. Use the Magnifying Glass to open the main selection window - search for your contact and click to select it. Done. Refreshing the Tickets list will only display Tickets that were assigned to this specific contact. Hope this helps. Dina |
