GFI Updating Assets

The GFI link does not seem to be pulling in new assets from GFI Max as they are added. Is there something manual that I need to do for this?

Trying opening the following window in RangerMSP and check whether the new Assets/Devices are there:

Assets Window > Assets menu > Tools > Open GFI MAX Links Manager

I did and they are not listed. THat was actually how I realized that some were not coming in because I am looking for a server that was set up after I set up the link. Does it need to have a problem before it comes in?

Yes they do but that particular server has not had an issue yet.

The fact that tickets flow means that the two systems talk with one another. The fact that no new Assets are listed in the linking Window is odd. Please try restarting RangerMSPRMMServer service on your server and after 10 minutes log into RangerMSP again and check to see whether any asset is listed. In case they do not please consider discussing this with the GFI team as well. Let us know how it goes.
