Remove subject from Field Management

I added new subjects in field management and screen design wizard. Is there the possibility to remove them?

Hi Luca,

in case you are not using this subject at all, and all the fields are deleted from this subject group, we may be able to help with this on our side (you cannot delete this group yourself). I recommend that you finalize your customization and make all the changes you need, then contact our support directly, and we will check how we can help.
