Inbound e-mail size

Hi Commit,

Is there any limits on the email size handled by the CommitServer service?

I am asking this because when the CommitServer is retrieving a 52MB email, the service uses alot of cpu and it seems that the service is having problems with that specific email (I have isolated the problem to that email, other emails works fine)
After 20 minutes, the e-mail is still not handled, and the queue is stopping because of this.

Do you have any suggestions ?

I have had this same problem before and was unable to resolve it. I'm interested to see if they can fix it

In theory there shouldn't be and such limitations but perhaps it is just timing out - you can try to adjust the timeout settings by running ServerConfig and going to the Email Connector tab and there just click Advanced which opens a popup where you can modify to suit. Make sure to RESTART the RangerMSP Server service after changing the settings.
