I recently upgraded from v21 to v23 and found that the Resolution tab had been removed from tickets and added to the General tab and now there is no section for Charges underneath Resolution (just an add charge line). I preferred to see the Charges block under the resolution section, I have tried using it like this but it just isn't working as well for me. Is there any way to have the tickets laid out as they were before?

Thank you for posting this.

Yes, you can visit the Tools menu > Options > Tickets - 1 tab and select the option to show the Resolution field under the History tab.
