We are using an MSP pricing system and have several flat rate service contracts. CommitCRM does not have an analog for this type of service.

Any recommendations?

You should use the 'Global' Contract type and set the start and end date for the period it covers. Then log all activity performed under this Contract (usually MSP activity) and make sure Charges are added as Not Billable (you may still want to bill customers for parts/expenses). When the Contract expires you can renew it to the next period).

Depending on the service agreement you have with your customers, you may still have another Contract (or more) to cover other services aspects, such as on-site visits and phone support (Block of Time for example) or to cover some installation project etc. In this case you should log the relevant activity which does not relate to your MSP activity under the relevant Contract.

I hope this helps.
