I managed to export all my customers from my other database into RangerMSP so now I have them all loaded, however is there anyway to do a batch process to put them into quickbooks instead of one by one?

We recommend to create the links to QuickBooks on-demand, meaning, whenever you try to create an Invoice for a RangerMSP Account is not yet linked to any QuickBooks customers, you will be automatically prompted by the system, suggesting you to link the Account. This way you will eventually have all the active customers linked.
