I get an error when trying to print to one of our printers (xerox MFP6115) from CommitCRM -- we have no trouble printing to this printer from any other applicaction and CommitCRM prints fine on our other printers:
Oooppsss... The following message has ben recorded: Floatin point division by zero If the above message/solution is not clear, and you are still encountering problems, we recommend you log out from Commit, log in again and retry. |

Hi raymond,
Since this happens with this specific printer only, and other printers work fine with RangerMSP, it sounds like a specific printer issue. Please contact our support directly using Help > Technical Support menu, and send us your RangerMSP log files. We will then try to analyze them and see if we can learn more. Regards, Eitan |

Hi peterk, same as above, we believe these are local problems with the specific printers, as you are able to work with other printers.
