Outlook categories --

Is there a way to associate accounts/contacts in CCRM with specific outlook categories? Looking for a way to associate accounts/contacts in CCRM with groups for tasks such as alerts, email notifications, mailing lists, etc. -- thanks

When syncing with Outlook the sync doesn't modify the category settings in Outlook, so for example, if you have the following categories for a contact in Outlook - Mailing List1, Mailing List2, VIP etc. these settings will be kept for the contact when syncing with RangerMSP (even when an update occurred in RangerMSP for this contact and it is synced to Outlook).
Currently the Outlook categories are not synced to RangerMSP though. However, in RangerMSP you can use different data fields to store this information and to filter your data by (like filtering the Accounts lists to all your VIP customers, Contacts including in a mailing list, etc.)
