Thank you for asking this. You can use the History Window to view records added for today (the default) or from any selected date.
History includes Charges, History Notes, Ticket opened and closed in the specify date range. The same information can be printed using using one of the available History Reports. If your boss need more detailed information with summaries how much time every employee worked today - Charges reports can be used. The best would probably be to provide your boss with the information on how to use the History Window, this will provide live access to the stream of activity. Hope this helps. |

It would have been very usefull to use the History Window to view records added for today. But unfortunately, the history list is sorted by FLDSLPSLIPDATE and not the Creation date. so it is impossible to see that activity an employee actually have done for a given date? |

The History Window shows all information related to a specific day, regardless of auditing information like when it was entered. If you will check history related to May 31 you will see Charges related to it, Tickets related to it, phone calls summaries for this day (History Notes), etc. all regardless of whether some of the information for this day were logged at the following day. You get to know what happened on a specific date even if it was logged at a later time (audit information).
