Is there any report for showing the last updated date of a ticket? Example would be to find tickets which haven't had attention in a while (missed). This would also be nice in the Tickets module itself. Thanks.

JoshuaB,

Thank you for asking this.

Using the Filtering options, both in the live Tickets window as well in the Tickets reports, you can filter the Tickets list to only display tickets that have a Last Update Date with a value earlier than a one you specify for the filter.

For example, in the Tickets Filter set:
"Last Update Date" - "Less Than..." - "09/15/2010"
This will list only Ticket records that haven't been updated since September 15.

Dina

Dina,

Perfect! Missed that - thank you.

You lead me to another discovery - I didn't know you could add columns. I added Updated Date, then I can just sort by that column. Wonderful!
(Right click column -> Table Option -> Add/Remove Column -> Last Updated Date)
