We provide monthly reports to all of our customers that have block of hours or monthly maintenance with us. It would be really nice to be able to run report from same windows where we select contract as completed. Right now, we have to go to account, contracts, create new contract, assign it as default, go to old contract, mark it as completed. Then go to reports, go through a long list of completed contracts to find the one we are looking for and the run a report to be able to send it to customer. It is very time consuming.

Thank you for suggesting this.
Please note that you can already print the Contract details right from the Contracts tab under the Account (using the right click pop up menu) or from Contract window (using Print button on the toolbar). This will print the default Contract report defined under Tools > Options > Contracts tab. Hope this helps. |
