CommitCRM states that Quotewerks is not running

My link to quotewerks is broken, I have reinstalled QW.

When I try to start a new quote from the opportunity, CommitCRM does not think Quotewerks is running. It works on another workstation just fine so I think there is something locally on my computer that needs to be changed. This is a network installation.

Any ideas?

In order to integrate with QuoteWerks, RangerMSP connects to QuoteWerks COM interface layer. In case it is not available or broken then this error messages might pop.

First thing to try, however, is privileges. Please run QuoteWerks first and then run RangerMSP but this time as Administrator by right clicking its shortcut and selecting the Run as Administrator option. Then give it another try.

In case it won't help, try reinstalling QuoteWerks, this time as an administrator to verify all COM interfaces are installed as needed.
