What's the difference between the 'Email Connector' and the 'Outlook Sync'? I have the Outlook Sync now, but I'm curious what I would gain by adding the Email Connector?

Thank you for asking this.

RangerMSP Outlook Sync provides you with bi-directional sync of Contacts/Tasks/Appointments data between RangerMSP and Outlook.

RangerMSP Email Connector provides you with the following options:
1. Email-to-Ticket - automatically converts customer emails into new service Tickets.

2. Email Threading - manage the complete email thread at the Ticket level, see the email text right with RangerMSP. Communicate with Ticket related recipients and related Employees using any device.

3. API to the system - send XML formatted emails that will add/update data in RangerMSP (used for integration with 3rd party applications).

4. Automated Emails - convert third party emails (usually sent by MSP/monitoring systems) into service Ticket in RangerMSP.
