We have started using the CommitCRM trial version and are getting it configured for use in our shop. We currently use an electronic signature pad for acquiring signatures from our customers as they drop off their systems for repair. The link for the signature pad is: http://www.interlinkelectronics.com/...epad/epad.html

What would be the best way of using this signature device withCommitCRM?

Thanks,
Budman

If the electronic signature pad allows you to save the signature into a file (any file format will do), then you can simply drag-and-drop the file intoRangerMSP. This will create a RangerMSP Document which will be automatically filed under the relevant Account or Ticket which are selected in RangerMSP when you perform this action.

I believe these devices may also allow you to scan the signature directly into Word, so you may also consider creating a RangerMSP Document before you scan the signature, from within the Account or Ticket "Docs tab", and scan the signature into the Word document and then save it.
