What does the Contract suspended status mean? and canceled? What's the difference between them and how does it affect using them?

Thanks.

Setting a Contract as Suspended means that it is temporarily suspended, and you plan to go on using it in the future (for example, if you have money issues with this Account, and you wish to suspend any activity until it is settled). If you do not plan to use the Contract anymore, then you should set it as Canceled.

In both cases, when you attempt to use this Contract, such as select it for new Tickets, you will be alerted with a pop-up message which tells you that this Contract is Suspended/Canceled and whether you are sure you want to use it.
