How can I easily see the geographic area for the Account, and plan the visits according to it when dispatching Tickets to techs?

You can use the Account's Region field exactly for this purpose. This filed is displayed as a column in the Dispatcher, and you can click and sort by this column, so you will be able to group Tickets from the same area and dispatch them to the same tech in the same day. This will help you perform smarter and more efficient dispatching of technicians.

The Region field can be set in the Account's Address tab. Note that the Region will be displayed only for new Tickets which are created after you set this field in the Account.
