It would be AWESOME if we could get:

1) A "last update" date (internal) on tickets (i.e. the last time a ticket was touched by a tech)

2) We could customize our own live tile filters (the pre-made ones are not always a good fit)

3) Filters need an option for a rolling date option: i.e. older than X days, created in the last month/week/day/year (i.e. not LAST month, but IN THE LAST month).

4) KPI reporting in HTML format that we can automate to show techs their billed time in the last week, number of hours billed in the last 30 days, number of tickets with no updates for more than 2 days, etc.

So then we could create a live tile that tells techs how many tickets they have with no updates in the last X days. AWESOME!

+1 to A live tile that tells techs & managers how many tickets they have with no updates in the last X days.
