What is the best way to handle the rescheduling of calls in dispatcher, being able to track the re-schedules (Appointments which have been rescheduled)

The best way to do this is right-click the appointment in the calendar window, and selecting the Postpone/Precede Appointment option. This will let you enter a new date/time and save the changes. After saving the changes, this will update the "old" appointment with a text saying that it was "Postponed to … (date/time)", and the new appointment will be automatically created.
