Greetings,

In the case of tickets which have had some work done on them already (our Status: In Progress) and still have open Pending Task(s) remaining on them:
We think it would be great to see the Ticket to which the Task is associated either default its Due Date to the *latest* date of the Task(s) associated with it, or to see a pop-up window noticing us that the Task we're entering has a date later than its associated Ticket's Due Date and offering to update the Due Date.
