I am trying to set u pa Asset Details report. I am working off the template in the system. I am trying to find out if there is a way to hide the last 4 parts of the report if they are empty. If the asset has the information it should show, otherwise not show to cut down on extra lines in the report.

These are the fields I want to hide when they are empty.
+++++++++++++++++++++
The Notes:
Assets - Notes

License Codes:
Assets - License Codes

License Keys:
Assets - License Keys

License Notes:
Assets - License Notes
++++++++++++++++++++++

If anyone can tell me how to do this if it is possible I would really appreciate it.

Thank you for posting and attaching your report.

There is no option to hide the section with labels "Notes/License Codes/License Keys" etc. when the fields have no data.

As for printing "Status: Active, Not-Active" on the report header - you can un-select the "Print major filtering parameters" option when generating the report.

Hope this helps.
