What is the preferred method to have a message to require a PO for a certain account when ticket is created for that account?

Thank you for posting this. You may set a popup message under the Account Details tab. The message will pop when selecting the Account in various places, including when creating a new Ticket for the Account.

That is what I thought but when I tested this and created a new ticket, i did not get the pop up as expected. I will try this on another account and respond on this thread.
