Hi
When trying to save a history Note, one of our employees gets an error message "Error saving History Note. Try Again." After pressing OK to clear the error message, if the Employee name is changed in the History Note, the History Note can be saved without an error occuring. does anyone know how I can please fix this problem? It might happen if the employee is trying to add or edit a History Note of another employee, but has no permissions to do that.
You can check the permissions under File > User and Privileges > Privileges and verify that the permission Other Employees' History Notes is selected. Hope this helps. |
