At this time email alerts/notification are sent when an event (like a record update occurs) and not based on SLA nearing a breach case.
What may help though is the new Report Scheduler module that allows to get daily reports for tickets that are due for today/tomorrow. Hope this helps. |

I believe this can be done using CommitCRM's APIs. Does anyone have someone on their team that would be able to develop such a program with a reasonable amount of time and effort. In short Commit offer native libraries in VB.NET, C# and C++. We are looking to do a bunch of time triggered alerts and would be prepared to share the cost.

Hi Karin, we've just replied to your email about this. In short, nope, and email isn't sent at this time when the SLA is nearing a breach.
When the Ticket Due date has passed it is listed in RED in the tickets lists. We will add your vote for this request. Thanks for asking. |
